The Institute for Tantric Touch Culture, Sexual Health,
Massage and body work in the Nuremberg-Fürth-Erlangen area
Sensual, holistic, ritualized - our massages meet the standards of the German TMV Tantra Massage Association.
Our institute is the only practice in Franconia and Northern Bavaria that has been certified by the Tantra Massage Association.
Tantra is a worldview that has its roots in Buddhism and Hinduism. The spiritual path of Tantra detaches itself from theoretical knowledge and refers more to the experience and intuition of the individual.
The tantric approach to life abolishes the separation of spirit and matter, spiritual and worldly, and opposites such as good and evil. All these contrasts are seen and accepted in Tantra as part of a greater whole. This also means that both material and libidinal aspirations can and may reside in the human being.
Enlightened people, according to the Tantric belief, overcome suffering and doubting through their spiritual approach and at the same time find a happy worldly life. People reach this state of enlightenment and liberation by activating the transcendent Kundalini force that sleeps in the human body. In the teachings of Tantra, Kundalini is considered the "temple of the divine" and thus the most important instrument on the path to enlightenment.
Thus, Tantra attaches a new importance to the body and sexuality. Both aspects are elemental in the human being and are considered worthy of care and love. In order to avoid excessive indulgence in the process, Tantra offers rituals and guides and recommends physical, spiritual and intellectual practice, which in the context of sexuality also includes Tantra massage.
According to the worldview of Tantra, spirituality and sexuality do not exclude each other. Therefore, in order to reach enlightenment, a person does not have to live in asceticism and self-mortification, but should experience that he or she is already enlightened. Tantra massage can be a way to reach this realisation from the teachings of Tantra. Tantra massage refers to this approach and sees itself as holistic, non-intentional and non-judgemental.
Tantra massage is about the conscious, respectful and loving encounter between two people. There is the role of the giver and the role of the receiver. The giver gives the receiver his reverence, devotion and undivided attention. The receiver may receive all these gifts without active gestures of gratitude or reciprocation. By ritualising the process, Tantra massage overcomes the judgement of the receiver and the creativity and ego of the giver. It gains something iconic.
The receiver is revered in his masculinity or femininity because, according to the teachings of Tantra, his body is the temple of the divine. Man and woman meet during the Tantra massage in their divine part as Shiva - the consciousness, the masculine - and Shakti - the energy, the feminine. Regardless of criteria such as beauty, age, health, etc., every body is therefore equally worthy of worship. And without prejudice, without judgement. In full acceptance of his/her wholeness: no part of the body is excluded, not even the (inner and) outer genitals.
The orgasm of the receiver during the Tantra massage is possible, but not the objective. Rather, the aim is to promote the natural course of the wave of arousal, to become more aware of the sensation of stimulation and thus to achieve a new experience of sexuality. This can enhance one's own sex life, provide women with a more intuitive approach to climax in the long term, or counteract psychologically induced erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men.
The greatest gift of the Tantra massage, however, is to be allowed to let go, enjoy and perceive oneself. To receive affection and warmth, even caresses for the soul.
The masseur/masseuse meets you cordially and at eye level. In a preliminary talk, you will clarify how you are doing health-wise, what your basic mood is and how you are feeling at the moment. You will talk about your expectations and perhaps also your reservations. In this way, the masseur/masseuse can respond to you specifically, because you should feel safe, be able to let yourself go and simply receive. Now you can shower off the street dust and everyday life before you meet the masseur/masseuse again, both wrapped only in cloths.
The welcoming ritual begins with a namasté - "I honour the divine in you". The masseur/masseuse approaches you with first touches, takes you out of your daily life and your possible excitement and finds you energetically. Then you may lie down on the futon. You are both naked, now.
First your senses are gently awakened: with feathers or furs, with your fingertips or hair, with other objects or simply with your breath. Then the oil massage begins, during which your whole body is massaged everywhere, sometimes gently, sometimes intensively, until finally it is the turn of the intimate area. Here, too, the massage remains slow but intense. You experience a new quality of touch, where the orgasm can be the end of your sensual journey to yourself, but doesn't have to be.
Finally, you will rest alone for a few minutes before showering and getting dressed. During the post-massage talk, you will have the opportunity to tell the masseur/masseuse about your impressions and to express suggestions and wishes for a possible next time.
During the massage, you can tell the masseur/masseuse at any time if something feels unpleasant or particularly nice. Feelings ranging from joyful to lustful to moved and touched are also normal and welcome at any time. Your passivity will enable you to listen deeply within yourself and to bring out sensations. Through your passivity, store your emotional and sexual energy and that which the masseur transmits to you.
