Even if partners meet each other sexually in a variety of ways and have a wealth of touching options, the lingam is usually only touched with a few, well-known gestures. These techniques are appreciated and in most cases lead to the stated goal. But men and women can also touch the lingam in a variety of exciting and seductive ways. It is fun to learn and try out new techniques. In this workshop, you can learn lingam massage techniques based on tantric massage using a plastic model. The main focus of the workshop is on getting to know these techniques. In addition, there is enough time and space to exchange personal experiences with the lingam in your sex life, to talk about communication with your partner and to express concerns, fears, desires or longings related to the lingam. If you would like to rediscover the lingam in an uninhibited way and thus experience new input for yourself and your sexuality with others, this workshop is just right for you.

Heart chakra meditation, like Kundalini meditation, is a type of active meditation. Inspired by the Sufi tradition, the philosopher Osho developed it and Karunesh set it to music. The sequence of movements is quickly learned: the extremities are moved step by step in the four cardinal directions in coordination with breathing. In this way we achieve balance on a spiritual level. Longer practice of this meditation can have a positive effect on body awareness and clarify the understanding of the heart chakra. We immerse ourselves intensively in the sounds; movement and breathing in connection with inner consciousness and music help you to move from thinking to feeling. This gentle type of meditation trains the resonance of giving and receiving in the heart and helps you to accept the coming and going in life. The life energy can now flow more freely in your body. If you would like, we can exchange experiences after the meditation. Please dress comfortably, as the last two of the six meditation phases take place sitting or lying down. You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion, a blanket and warm socks (but you don't have to). The meditation is also a good opportunity to get to know us and our rooms in Tarisha. Participation is only possible after prior registration by email.

Kundalini Meditation according to Osho

Meditating means sitting still, right? Not always - in the active meditations that Osho introduced to the world and which have been widely used since then, phases of stillness while sitting or lying down precede movement.

One of these meditations is the Kundalini meditation according to Osho. By shaking and dancing, the stress of the day can be released and finally peace and relaxation can be found. The one-hour meditation has four phases. First, the body is loosened and made more flexible again by shaking and then dancing; trapped energy can begin to flow. This is followed by a phase of sitting or standing, in which the mind can calm down while listening to music. The last phase is meditation while lying down.


Please come in comfortable clothing. It is possible to shower after the meditation.


Participation: The meditation is a low-threshold opportunity to get to know us and our premises. Participation is only possible after prior registration.
